Submitting an event or hire brief does not create a booking. Services, equipment and dates remain subject to written scope, availability, commercial terms and any required deposit.

Information on this site

We aim to keep service information accurate, but every event is different. Final responsibilities, specifications, prices, cancellation terms and delivery conditions are set out in your quotation or contract.

Ticketing, equipment and catering

Ticket payment and refund terms depend on the selected provider and event terms. Equipment hire is subject to availability, access, safe use and loss or damage provisions. Dietary and allergen requirements must be disclosed and confirmed during catering planning.
